ENGAGE Project | Pre-Kick-Off Meeting!
We are excited to announce that CREATE NGO is a partner in the ENGAGE project – “Enhancing Next-Generation Engineering Education through Challenge-Based Learning and Industry Engagement,” co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme under CBHE call. On 21 October 2026, CREATE joined the ENGAGE Pre-Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by Universum College, Kosovo, the project coordinator. The meeting marked an important first step in the implementation of the project, bringing partners together to align on responsibilities, key deliverables, timelines and working arrangements. ENGAGE aims to strengthen next-generation engineering education through Challenge-Based Learning, enhanced university–industry cooperation, and innovative approaches that connect education with real-world challenges and labour market needs. We look forward to contributing to this new international collaboration and working together with our partners to foster innovation, skills development, and stronger links between education and industry. A New Circular Economy Action Plan – For a cleaner and more competitive Europe

The new Circular Economy Action Plan aims to steer the EU’s transition towards a circular economy, decoupling economic growth from resource use and contributing to the achievement of climate neutrality by 2050. It is a product policy framework aimed at making sustainable products the norm by implementing initiatives along the entire life-cycle. The first action plan was adopted in 2015, and the new one was adopted in 2020.
A Roadmap towards Circular Economy of Albania

The OECD has recently published a Circular Economy Roadmap in Albania, aiming to help the government establish a robust policy and institutional framework for transitioning to a more sustainable development model. The document comes within the framework of Albania’s commitments as an EU candidate country and in line with the Sofia Declaration on the Green Agenda in the Western Balkans, where the circular economy is a key component. The Roadmap is based on a diagnosis of the current situation in the country and proposes 35 policy recommendations, accompanied by a monitoring framework, focusing on economic instruments, circular models for SMEs, and solutions for plastics with a particular emphasis on marine litter.
